Shipping and returns
Orders are shipped within next 24 hours after receipt of payment.
enverse will do its best to ensure that the order is delivered within an average of 72 hours and a maximum of 15 working days from the day after the day of the validation of his order by the Buyer.
During periods of private sales, winter/summer sales or outlet sales, this delivery time obviously may be extended.
It is specified that the orders registered on the website www.enverse.fr on Friday afternoon, Saturday and Sunday are likely to be carried out on following Monday.
Those registered on the website www.enverse.fr on a public holiday other than Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be carried out on the following working day.
Free Shipping in France (home delivery).
The shipping costs are the responsibility of the Buyer and depend on his delivery country. Shipping costs will be mentioned to the customer (the Buyer) on the summary page of his order or checkout.
We use Colissimo through La Poste France.
The ordered items are delivered to the address indicated by the Buyer on the final confirmation of his order page, with a delivery slip.
The Buyer could choose a delivery address other than his own to receive his ordered item(s). Delivery will not be assured in the event of transport and/or postal services strike.
Items are shipped within the limits of available stocks. In case of unavailability of one or more ordered items, enverse will honor the order for the other available items, the Buyer will then be invoiced only for the sent products.
Please note that shipping costs include packaging, handling, and postage fees.
They can contain a fixed part and a variable part depending on the price and/or the weight of your order.
We advise you to group your purchases in a single order when you visit our site.
Indeed, we cannot afford to group two separate orders, and you will therefore have to pay shipping costs for each of them.
The risks and costs of returns are the exclusive responsibility of the Buyer, including any extra customs costs.
The value of the return costs corresponds to the real value of the initial shipping costs (excluding promo code).
The Buyer has a period of fourteen (14) days from the day after receipt of the ordered product(s) to exercise his right of withdrawal, with no need to indicate any reason.
The Buyer has a legal deadline of 30 days from the day of receipt of his order to return his product(s).
Except for a change of size, enverse does not authorize exchanges.
Only item(s) in their original state (packaging + unworn and unwashed item, etc...) will be refunded.
Otherwise, enverse will return package to the Buyer.
If the Buyer considers himself dissatisfied with ordered item(s), he has a period of fourteen (14) days from the shipment day to return the item(s) concerned and obtain a refund of the already paid amounts.
This period includes the legal withdrawal period of seven (7) days provided for in Articles L121-20 and following the Consumer Code.
The refund is made upon receipt of the returned item(s) on the method of payment used, within a deadline of:
1- From 48 / 72h if the Buyer is in immediate debit and may appear within 5 to 10 days depending on the banks.
2- Deferred for 15 days or 1 month according to the agreed deadlines with the Buyer's bank.
The item(s) must be returned in its original state and packaging and accompanied by the return slip. Return item(s) to the address indicated on this return slip.

In the absence of the return slip inside the returned package, the enverse team will not be able to refund the returned item(s).
Will not be accepted: incomplete return and/or damaged, worn or soiled item(s).
Refund will be made by crediting the amount to be refunded to the Buyer's bank account debited during the transaction.
If the Buyer exercises his right of withdrawal, enverse is required to refund the amount paid by the Buyer, without extra-fees, while deducting the return costs or any customs costs which are the Buyer's responsibility.
Refund is done within a maximum period of fourteen (14) days.
For countries outside the EEC, please indicate to customs that this is a return for noncompliance.
How to process
Here are the steps to follow in this order:
- Click on the following link enverse.returnscenter.com to register your return request.
- You will be informed by email once the request has been accepted by the enverse team with additional instructions to finalize the return.
- A separate email will be sent to you with a Colissimo return label and a tracking number.
- The returned item(s) package must be sent within a maximum of two (2) days after the return label has been sent by email.
- Once enverse team had received the package, a conformity check of the returned item (s) will be carried out.
- Once the conformity check has been completed and accepted, enverse will start the refund process.
